  • Pagos de Anguix Costalada
    On the Pagos de Anguix estate, located at an altitude of over 800 meters, right in the heart of the Ribera de Duero, this magnificent wine is made exclusively from the Tinto Fino grape variety. Patience and wisdom are enough to ensure that this noble varietal expresses the true richness of this unique terroir. This wine has a lively red color with violet hues, an intense robe and persistent tears.
  • Matambres
    Recommended for all types of meats and roasts. Game meat and cured sheep cheeses go perfectly with it.
  • Protos Reserva
    Manual harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control between 26º/28ºC. Maceration for 21 days, with several daily pumping-overs. Pairing: Red meats, truffle dishes, smoked meats and fish, dishes with creamy sauces, cured cheeses.

    Ruby color with violet reflections. Aromas of fresh red (strawberry) and black fruit (cherry and plum) on a light balsamic (eucalyptus) and spicy (nutmeg) background. Subtle hints of licorice, tobacco, roasted coffee and Mediterranean undergrowth (thyme). The palate is fruity, mineral, with ripe tannins and a long, lingering finish.

D.O. Toro

    Vetus is an estate wine, a true reflection of the vineyard where it was born. It is made from a selection of the most special areas of the estate that surrounds the Vetus winery. Clean and bright, dark cherry color and high layer. The smell is reminiscent of black fruit. Pleasant in the mouth with notes of red fruit and coffee. Very pleasant aftertaste with a compote and licorice finish.

    Clean and bright, straw yellow with greenish reflections, dense body. The smell is aromatic and fresh. It evokes aromas of wild herbs, white fruit and citrus. Fresh and vibrant, with very good acidity, it is a frank wine that with its flavor recalls the descriptors of the olfactory phase delivering freshness and fluidity.
  • Jose Pariente
    A 100% Verdejo variety, the flagship of the house, is made with grapes from 30-year-old vineyards owned by the family and from old vines of small vine growers that allow them to assemble the complexity and diversity of the different soils of the Designation of Origin.

D.O. Somontano

  • Enate 2.3.4.
    Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The smell shows notes of pineapple and Mediterranean citrus – tangerine and orange – with a fresh hit of lime and a very rich fennel finish. The palate has the right acidity, good length and freshness.
  • Sommos Colección
    Sommos Collectionis made of Sauvignon grapes with a pale yellow color with greenish hues. Very bright. Nose: Tropical fruits such as mango or guava, herbal notes, tomato leaf, with a slight final reduction suggesting mineral hints.

    Vines more than 35 years old, grapes harvested by hand. Careful selection of fruit from the vineyard. Gentle destemming and maceration at low temperature. Separation through gravity. Controlled fermentation at low temperature and minimum rest on fine lees for 5 months.
