Family Rooms

Confirmations are not for specific rooms, but for room categories. We understand that many of our guests prefer the specific room that they have enjoyed best during previous stays, and we promise to do everything we can to make this possible. However, since we can never guarantee a 100%, we are not able to confirm specific rooms

The price of a room or suite includes accommodation VAT and breakfast.
Our breakfast is of great abundance and variety. You are welcome to eat as much as you like within the breakfast area and during breakfast hours. We hope you will understand that we do not allow guests to make their own sandwiches to take away or to take fruit and other items from the buffet with them.

Check-in is from 15.00, when we have all rooms ready. Should you arrive before that time and we have a room in the same category ready, of course you may occupy this room immediately. If not, we will offer you to store your luggage and to enjoy our facilities such as beach bar, pool or fitness center. We kindly ask all guests who are checking out to leave their rooms before 12.00, so we can guarantee to have the rooms ready for check-in.

Animals are not allowed in our public areas such as Reception area, Bar, Restaurant and main Terrace without a specific authorization, with the exception of guide dogs, in accordance with the Law 5/1998, of 23rd of November, relating to the use of guide dogs by people with visual dysfunction in Andalusia.

Should you wish to enjoy your vacaction in company of your pet, please inform yourself about the following conditions:

Lately we have been suffering so much damage to our facilities whilst receiving so many complaints from guests who are bothered by the presence of animals inside the hotel, that, much to our regret, we are forced to take the measure of requesting a deposit of 200€ per animal at the time of check-in and charging a 30.-€ fee per day.
If at the time of check-out the room is found without damage (sheets, mattresses, curtains and bedspreads dirty or torn), this deposit is returned. Otherwise we charge for the damaged materials and invite you to take them home with you.

Prices to be applied:

– Pillow cover: 6.5€

– Fitted sheet: 12€

– Bed sheet: 12€

– Bedspread/ duvet/ cushion cover: 25€ per piece

– Duvet cover: 15€

– Small white towel: 10€

– Large white towel: 15€

– Pool towel: 20€

Smoking in general is forbidden within the premises of the hotel with the sole exception of those areas where is is expressly permitted, Please note that guests who, despite the smoking ban, continue to smoke in the rooms will be charged an extra night, since a room with a tobacco odor is unusable for a non-smoker to enjoy. It needs at least one day of ventilation and cleaning to be minimally suitable for other guests. Likewise, out of respect for others and the environment, we ask smokers to please never throw cigarette butts on the floor. You will find ashtrays in all places where smoking is allowed.
Our smoking policy is documented in the Internal Regulations/Obligations, Article 14: It is forbidden to smoke in this establishment, with the exception of what is allowed in the law 28/2005, about the sanitary measure against tobacco habit and the law 42/2010, 30 December that modifies it

Double and twin rooms are between 21 and 24 m2, family suites are between 40 and 50 m2 and luxury suites between 70 and 80m2

Use of equipment like power room, machines, static bicycles or ping pong table are included. All other activities offered by trainers, teachers or therapists are paid directly to them.
